Hotel Policies
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out on request, subject to availability.
Identification
A valid government photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in. Passport and visa required for foreign nationals.
Payment
Pay at hotel bookings are settled at the front desk on arrival. We accept cash, UPI and all major credit and debit cards.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the check-in date on flexible rate plans. Non-refundable plans are marked at the time of booking.
Children & Extra Beds
Children of all ages are welcome. One child under 6 stays free using existing bedding. Extra beds are charged per night.
Local ID Policy
As per hotel policy, guests holding Delhi/NCR local ID are not permitted to check in.
